What was the objective behind your collaboration?The agency helped us to create a new brand from scratch, we wanted to search for a design studio who have very good design ability and an understanding ability of our brand concept, tone of voice and strategy.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We enjoyed a lot of the style research/positioning and questionnaire period, this is a very important step to help us understand our brand more, but the most enjoyable moment was when we saw the design work, it touched us.
Are there any areas for improvements?We think there can be more flexibility in the price list, we have our special needs for design items, would be great if they could customise more of this part.
