We are business humanizers specialized in Purposeful Brand Positioning and Content Strategy. For us, positioning starts from understanding the people we serve and the ecosystem in which we operate. We exist since 2006 and a proud accredited member of the B Corp community since 2015, a network of companies using business as a force for good.  Our motto is to apply more human logic to business, in a world that applies too much business logic to humans. We do not take positioning and content as a task or job to be done. We design empathic journeys to allow broad teams (including partner agencies) to embrace and bring to life people-centered growth. Doing so, we transform the way they think, innovate and operate in substance creating a long-term competitive edge. What allows us to link business and people for purposeful positioning and content are: Our clients are very diverse. From big corporations like Unilever, Danone, Samsung, Sanofi, Renault to smaller players like Ben and Jerry’s, Tom's, Materialise, Livekindly to NGO's and institutions like UNCDF and Fairtrade.  Some things we are proud of: We are a highly diverse team of 45 people, with no bricks (no office), no borders (working remotely from more than 25 different countries), no bosses (100% owned by the team). Through our local research partners who help us on the logistic side of what we do, we have done 2000+ positioning and research projects in more than 75+ countries.  As a B Corp member, we consider the impact of our decisions on our workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment, and we use business to build a sustainable future for all. For Innate Motion, this also means fuelling the regenerative business movement for people as people, and crafting brand that stand up for a better world. We buy locally and respect people and their privacy. We are pioneers of remote working since our creation, and offset the environmental impact of all travel, offsetting 634.56 tons of CO2 equivalents in 2018. Our advice when it comes to purposeful brand positioning: do not outsource the work but find an agile partner who be your fellow traveler.

    Our positioning journeys guide the team to co-create purposeful brands. We start from more existential questions to craft brand icons that have relevance beyond their category.
    It is a highly participative and memorable experience for the team. After scoping our potential human spaces for greater relevance, the team immerses people's lives to develop empathy. What was the objective behind your collaboration?We worked together at 2 different occasion. First to redefine our brand purpose at local level and then in a similar process at global level. In the second process, they also worked on the execution of the new brand identity.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Very deep and thorough, starting from the public, very participative to make sure the new brand vision is deeply embedded in the organization.
