What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our company produces healthy products for health-conscious people. We've been designing our packaging for a long time, but we realized that we lacked guideplans. So we turned to FANCY design studio on recommendation. With a request to develop a design guidebook for us.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The team explained how they work and all their processes so the whole development journey was transparent. They called us on a call and asked us a lot of questions about us, our audience and our company values. We showed examples of branding that we like. The project was supervised by Peter Filatov, who was always on the phone and answered any questions that arose. We had a pleasant experience and the team realized a clear and structured guidebook for us. All our wishes were fulfilled.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We began with a design for our new mobile app, and subsequently decided to follow up with a landing page and a full suite of marketing materials, incl. our pitchdeck for investors.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Total flexibility and willingness to jump on any task, adjusting to our business needs on the fly; very efficient communication, so we barely had to have a couple of brief videochats initially. Otherwise, all task updates were very thorough and succinct. Honestly, the subscription felt a low-risk way to test the waters, and the first month ended up highly productive, so we decided to continue!

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing to complain about so far; they've paid utmost attention to all our requests and worked with us consistently on every issue
