Orangesoft

We wanted an MVP of an iOS app that replicated the functionality of our website but would have an improved UX flow, handle user accounts, and some other new features. We sent RFPs to 15-20 vendors and received around 10 relevant proposals we could compare. Orangesoft offered the best mix of competence and price. They provided a Swift developer and a local project manager who worked as part of a distributed team. The work was agile and was carried out on several fronts in parallel. They were very flexible and accommodating to our sometimes rather unusual needs and circumstances. Unlike many other vendors I have experience with, they are very trusting and prepared to take risks for the sake of building a solid business relationship. They have very high competence standards while being friendly and familiar at the same time.

We needed to create a mobile app that would complement our product. We hired Orangesoft to develop an iOS and Android app that allows users to remotely manage their telephony system. We started the engagement with the discovery phase, where we provided the Orangesoft team with our vision, business goals, and priorities and they converted it into the backlog. In the second phase, design and prototype, they provided multiple UX/UI designs and high-fidelity mockups. In the development phase, Orangesoft built the mobile app from scratch using Flutter. In terms of functionalities, we mainly asked for admin features where users could configure call routing rules, access real-time analytics and call recordings, monitor call queues, and manage CRM integrations directly from their smartphones. We are in the testing phase right now, the initial feedback is very positive. The app met our expectations and aligned with our vision. It is very intuitive and user-friendly, designs are very modern and keeps the user informed about all the actions. We're highly impressed with how knowledgeable, fast, and transparent the guys from Orangesoft have been throughout the project development phases. They simply know what they are doing and deliver high-quality products.
