What was the objective behind your collaboration?They company was hired to edit, proofread and format my manuscript for publishing. As well as provide cover art.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Nothing, they were unprofessional, rude and only cared about getting me to spend more money on other services they provide. While not even finishing the first thing they were hired to do.

Are there any areas for improvements?Yes, I would suggest not harassing their clients when the client declines their additional services. I would also suggest they hire people who actually know how to spell, check for grammar and understand the difference between first person and third person storytelling. I would also suggest they actually stand by the legal NDA's they signed, and actually stick to those terms they agreed to. Maybe also not send rude, threatening emails, it's very unprofessional.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?I wanted to publish my book. They blocked me at every turn.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The best thing was dropping them. Their agenda is to collect fees for promotion before they present you with a product.

Are there any areas for improvements?The best improvement would be for them to close up so you don't waste your time and money.
