For what projects/services did your company hire InApps Technology? We hired InApps to developed DeepConnect - digital business card App for our company. They did pretty good job in term of communication, updates, changes, project outlined and delivered on time. We were very happy with their services. We were also discussed to develop new App with them in the near future as well. What were your goals for this project? Our goals were the scope of work, budget, challenges, and on time delivery which InApps was able to provided and delivered a completed project on time and we were very happy with the product and their services. How did you select InApps Technology? We were searching online for Apps development company and we found a lot of them but short listed to 5 companies, then three. and InApps was one of the three on my list and we reached out to them. InApps responded and they were one of the best out of three in term of scope of work, project outline cleared, budget, delivery time. Thats why we chosen InApps to develop our App. Describe the project in detail. we had a lot of phone calls and meetings throughout the entire time of the project. we discussed about the design, logo, features/functionality of the Apps, challenges, test and demo of the product, etc. What was the team composition? We were interacted with the project manager and Technical Team Lead, but haft way through the project we also discussed with QC/QA as well Front End and back-end developers to get more in depth of the App. Which was good because we can get their insight and the view from developers view and customers view to make it a better product. Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? After a few month launched it, we've seen some progressing and feedback of the App. there were a lot of good feedback about the App and some minor changes that needs to change and improve. InApps was able to updated and made all the changes as we requested . How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? It was very effective as we had meeting once every week mixed phone calls and Zoom meetings. They were always there for us if we have any questions or concerns. What did you find most impressive about this company? Always available for questions, technology, and the knowledge and experience. Are there any areas for improvement? From a customer view, We think they should share the BETA link a bit sooner so we can provide the feedback sooner. but I do understand the developers side that they want to get things done they way they wanted then sharing the BETA version with customer.

InApps has adopted great services and skills to realise our ideas from paper to reality. We have a 2 weeks sprint since Oct 2021 and InApps has never failed to complete most of the requirements so far though there are some tweaks and minor cosmetic changes. They have great communications and always willing to share new ideas; They aslo are friendly and always willing to be flexible.
