What was the objective behind your collaboration?
The agency planned, implemented and guided us through an intensive UX-process including extensive User-Testing, Protoyping and the creation of the new user centric sitemap. Workshops were held and the whole project thoroughly documented.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?
Fast-Paced-Thinking meets expertise and a great work ethos. The whole experience was really professional and had a great result. Even though we were not able to physically meet (due to the pandemic), the agency was quite adaptive and choose the right tools and methods of colloboration.
Are there any areas for improvements?
It was perfect. 100% recommendation!
