What was the objective behind your collaboration?Decidimos desarrollar un sistema ERP a medida, para la gestión financiera y de facturación más adaptada a nuestras necesidades específicas, que las soluciones preexistentes en el mercado no cubrían. Alameda Dev. formaron un equipo compuesto por un gestor y tres desarrolladores. El resultado ha sido un sistema que permite al equipo de contabilidad monitorear nuestras finanzas en tiempo real a través de un panel de control personalizado, optimizando así nuestros procesos internos.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Lo más destacado de la colaboración ha sido la comunicación fluida y constante. Utilizamos un tablero en Trello para feedback rápido y nos mantuvieron al tanto del progreso del proyecto de manera periódica, lo que nos permitió estar plenamente involucrados en cada etapa.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?The Meter team worked with Alameda on a foundational project for our company - building our first set of internal tools. The speed of execution, ease of collaboration, and quality of the work product was excellent.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Os and her team felt like they were an embedded part of the team, with a shared understanding of business goals and what success meant for the project and the team. We particularly appreciated the full-stack nature of their work — from wireframes to UI/UX design to partnering closely with our backend team.
