At the age of 24, Pastor Rick underwent a profound transformation that altered the course of his life. In September 1994, while listening to the influential heavy metal rock group Metallica, he recognized the imperative need to relinquish his former lifestyle. Subsequently, he embraced a newfound sense of purpose, spiritual values, and faith. This pivotal second chance sparked a powerful momentum in Pastor Rick's journey, motivating him to dedicate himself to helping those ensnared in cycles of destructive behavior.
Amidst the current challenges, Pastor Rick stands as a servant leader, providing guidance both locally and internationally. He serves as the Pastor of Iglesia Crosspoint, a bilingual church in Bellaire, Texas, and as a Staff Evangelist at West University Baptist Church. Additionally, he is a John Maxwell Certified Life Coach and Spiritual Motivator. Pastor Rick not only imparts knowledge in his teachings but also embodies the values he advocates.
